What does Title Leader do with personal information it may have access to?

All financial companies, such as Title Leader, need to share customers’ personal information with providers of title services in TitleLeader’s marketplace, to run their everyday business—to process transactions and maintain customer accounts. How often does Title Leader notify me about their practices? We simply provide your transaction requests to the providers in our marketplace. If it is a residential closing, they must notify you about our sharing practices.
How does Title Leader protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal and state law. These measures include computer, file, and building safeguards
How does Title Leader collect my personal information? Some of our providers collect your personal information, for example, when you: request a real estate closing or insurance-related services, OR provide such information to us. We may have access to it and personal information from others, such as the real estate agent or lender involved in your transaction, affiliates or other companies.
What sharing can I limit? Although federal and state law give you the right to limit sharing (e.g., opt out) in certain instances, we do not share your personal information in those instances.
